48-Hour Cancellation Notice Required
All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. This allows our stylists the opportunity to fill the appointment time.
Cancellation Fees
If adequate notice is not provided, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

We understand that emergencies can arise, but please note that we do not make exceptions to this policy. Our stylists are not hourly employees—they are commission-based, and missed appointments directly affect their income.
