At Awsum Salon, we value your time and the time of our stylists. To provide the best possible experience to all our guests and to respect our commission-based stylists’ livelihoods, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

48-Hour Cancellation Notice Required

All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. This allows our stylists the opportunity to fill the appointment time.

Cancellation Fees

If adequate notice is not provided, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

•   Color Services: $100
•   Extension Installations: $200
•   Haircuts: $50

 No Exceptions

We understand that emergencies can arise, but please note that we do not make exceptions to this policy. Our stylists are not hourly employees—they are commission-based, and missed appointments directly affect their income.
